Friendly and knowledgeable

We have just bought a stove from this amazing company we walked in and the welcome was lovely Wendy greeted us with a friendly smile she couldn t do enough for us we wanted to buy a stove she was very knowledgeable when showing us a selection she showed us different ones when we had decided on one she showed us some surrounds to go with it too we are very pleased with our stove would highly recommend them

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with After sales non-existent and the total lack of respnsibility for issues they cause is beyond a joke Do not buy from Dantons

They took over a week too fit the fire

They took over a week too fit the fire kept giving excuses too why they could not fit it than finally fitted the fire but broke the back of it and said a replacement part should come in the post and they will come and replace it still waiting 3 months later I advise anyone do not deal with this company absolute idiots

A first class service by Wendy and James shopping at Danton Fireplaces is a pleasure you are left to browse unhindered until you ask for help Wendy and James have a extensive knowledge of the products they supply and have the expertise to recommended what you need and offer you alternatives of choice that make making a choice so much easier The service doesn t stop there the quality of the fitting of the fireplace and surround was in my opinion perfect you could not fault the work we were more than happy with the service we were delighted we would definatly use Danton again and would be happy to reccomend them to family and friends

We have recently purchased a stovax stove from the Humberston Branch chose to have installation - I have to say from start to finish we have been impressed Everyone has been super friendly and nothing has been too much trouble there has been good communication for every step of the way - the installation team were very professional - I would thoroughly recommend and intend to use again when we get round to having our second stove fitted in the future - Thank you so much - We are very warm Happy
