Exceptional sofabed If you are in the market for a sofabed you have a lot of options Most of them are compromised in one way or another Not a great sofa not a great bed - sometimes both My advice would be to spend the money and get a great comfortable sofa and a great comfortable bed I have nothing but praise for the Bromley sofabeds - very happy we took the plunge Also very well delivered and assembled for us Top notch

The customer service was outstanding and I was given time to make my decision I love my sofa and I have had it for two weeks now but I am slightly worried at this point about the cushions flattening where it has been sat on I feel time will tell

Lovely sofabed Great customer service
Very smooth process from beginning to end The staff at Ash Vale were very helpful and the lady in charge of our order kept us updated while the sofabed was in production We haven t tried it as a bed yet but it s a very comfortable sofa and looks great

Exceptional Customer Service
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Darlings of Chelsea and especially Mo From my initial inquiry to delivery their customer service has been exceptional Mo has been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout He spent time on the phone and by email checking and rechecking the measurements and the set up of the sofa bed we ordered He also sent us colour swatches before he confirmed the order for us so we could double check our colour choice and he was right as we changed our mind on the colour after receiving the swatches Delivery was made ahead of schedule and the quality of the sofa is fantastic We are so so happy with it and definitely made the right choice in ordering from Darlings of Chelsea Thank you

Excellent and prompt customer service
Excellent and prompt customer service Unfortunately one of the wooden legs on my sofa split I reported this to the store on Thursday morning 2 hours later I had been contacted by customer service and a replacement leg had been ordered I was blown away when it arrived in the post the very next day From reporting it to receiving the new leg in less than 24 hours Yes the sofas are pricey but if you can back that price up with excellent customer service then I ll be a repeat customer for life Highly recommend
