If I could give zero stars or even better minus stars this would be an accurate representation of Darwin Auctioneers 1 Items insufficiently packed 2 Whilst the item is being auctioned there was no mention of the state of the item Damages stickiness and a non functional item 3 The item was small and lite I won the bid for 4 Plus 22 commission and 10 postage A total of 18 for a damaged non working item This shall be the first and last time I shall purchase anything from Darwin Auctioneers It took quiet a time to arrive Ask lots of questions before you purchase

Attached is a reply from Darwins Auctioneers As We are unable to address the issues to their reply This is the only option we have I have every right to give my experience of any company As you are too Good afternoon Domenico Thank you for your dishonest and factually incorrect review Sandra Firstly you are not the registered buyer of the item that you have mentioned in your review therefore you should not be leaving a review Secondly the item that was purchased was described as AF as found This means that the items is untested and is being sold as found If you are unsure of the terminology I suggest that you as the question and taken you own advice Thirdly it does state very clearly in our terms and conditions that a condition report is available for ALL items And finally it also states very clearly in our terms and conditions our fees of which by bidding you have agreed to therefore complaining about them after is unfair The auction finished on the 11th March at 9pm approximately A shipping quote was sent and payment received on the 12th March The item was then shipped on the 15th March which was within our 5 working day policy I don t not see how this is unreasonable we are not responsible for the item once is has been collected by Royal Mail I hope this clears things up forTake careSandra1 My trust pilot review is honest and accurate 2 I m the registered person Who do you think you sent the item to Therefore I m in titled to leave a review 3 AF terminology Where You are a very facetious person Your problem Not mine 4 I knew before bidding you add 22 plus 10 postage If you re-read my previous review I state that Besides my review I see you have two more negative reviews As for posting Well that s debatable Now I ve addressed your reply I now close this matter Kindest Domenico
