Skeptical to try

I was skeptical about this product because my dog is very complicated when it comes to food I have always cooked her or give her raw but she did not eat any type of vegetables But she loved this product I cooked chicken and turkey because I m afraid of salmonella but the meat is eaten raw she loves it her stool is perfect and odorless I 100 recommended

This rating is for the customer service not the food which is really good My dog Coco is on a kidney diet and she loves Darwin s kidney diet food The problem is every time I need to order I have to call customer service since it is a vet approved diet I don t know what is going on with the company but they never answer the phone anymore The message says to email them I have emailed 4 times in the last month with no response They never respond anymore to emails or calls That is no way to run a company I now have to look for another kidney diet that is also grain free Hard to find UPDATE I originally gave the rating of 2 stars After this posted Darwin s reached out to me - FINALLY Thank you Trust Pilot Darwin s immediately shipped out my dog s food and I got it today I also like it that their shipping and packing materials are all recyclable I am now on auto ship so hopefully from here on out things will go smoothly Paws crossed

Less gas - thicker coat

Our now 11 year old Whippet is eating a pack of Darwin s with regular hamburger meat daily 1 2 pack in the morning with an egg and half pack with just meat in the evening We switched to Darwin s because we wanted him off kibble all together - he always got the meat but mixed with no-grain non-GMO high end kibble The first thing we noticed was he wasn t as gassy Happy Dance He was extremely gassy on kibble - all day long and now it s rare The next thing we noticed was his coat got thicker and softer It s been almost a year now and we are very happy - as is he

I am so happy that I gave Darwin a try I have finally found the right food for my cats after researching for months and months trying countless brands and types of food and spending so much money My youngest cat is allergic to chicken and that has been a big challenge because conventional cat food manufacturers put chicken in everything For the first time my cat s poop yep I said it is healthy and doesn t smell First time since I got him as a kitten over a year ago And even my other much older cat is taking to Darwin We are still in the transitioning process but I am confident that I have finally found the food I will stick with And it s cheaper than what I had been doing You can t beat the combination of quality and price Thank you Darwin

I have been using Darwin s for years now They bring the food right to the door my dog loves it and it s packaging makes it pretty easy to feed Their customer service is impeccable they always respond to my questions or complaints and solve quickly

Cured my cats chronic digestion issues

Great food for my cat My cat suffered from chronic diarrhea for over 18 months while my vet tried every test possible they could not figure out how to treat him We tried numerous different prescription diet foods none that helped him Finally we found that a daily steroid pill was the only thing that helped his diarrhea I was not comfortable giving him a daily steroid pill which causes negative side effects and so I finally tried Darwin s raw pet food I stopped giving him the pill the same day I gave him the raw food His diarrhea went away IMMEDIATELY He is now healthy and has gained weight and no longer has to take the doctor prescribed pills I could not be happier with this cat food
