Professional fast and easy
Having never used this kind of service before and knowing the data my customer had lost was critical I turned to the internet and after a quick Google I came upon Data Recovery Specialists The web site looked professional but I was still going into the unknown and had some concerns I needn t have been worried They were fantastic from the get-go Fantastic communication and fast service They sent a courier the same day to collect my drive and I had the data back within a week Fantastic all round and highly recommended

Responsive company and straightforward process
The folk at Data Recovery Specialists were responsive from the day I got in touch with them They gave me an idea of cost and emphasised that I would pay nothing until they had ascertained what data was recoverable and sent me a full list of the files they could retrieve with a fixed price for the job At that point I could ask for the drive back and pay nothing In the event the fixed price was significantly more than the initial cost estimate but full retrieval of the data took little more than a week and together with inclusive DHL collection of the damaged drive and delivery of a new drive with the recovered files the process was straightforward and convenient

Excellent experience with these guys Although I didn t go through with the recovery they continually informed me throughout of the status The fact that they diagnosed the issues and sent a file list with no obligation is excellent Would highly recommend

DRS are Excellent
Communication Excellent Service Excellent Turnaround Time Excellent I had a WD MyCloud Avoid like the plague with all my family photos and videos of my kids from the last 18 years and it failed after 2 years DRS managed to save all my files and i will be forever thankful to them for this Daniel Rees was excellent

Hard Drive Recovery
I approached Data Recovery Specialists for help as my hard drive with all my family pictures in particular pictures of the kids throughout their childhood were on it They collected the hard drive by courier and the following day gave me a diagnosis of the problem and a list of options for recovery along with the different costs I went ahead with the recovery and a week or so later received a code to a drobox folder which allowed me to access all the missing photos and documents Outstanding service and I was kept fully informed throughout the process by regular phone calls from the company I would not hesitate to recommend data Recovery Specialists and would certainly use them again if I found myself in this situation in the future
