The signature umbrellas quality is fine Definitely not what I d expect from a 150 item The metal finishes feel like plastic covered with metallic paint the shafts fiberglass pattern makes it look like it is chipped the metal part on the handle doesn t look like it was completely put on before gluing and the leather feels fake I will say the release mechanism is very good quick to open and feels sturdy I wouldn t buy again though I feel like this is the company s high margin product It would be extremely difficult to tell this apart from an Amazon equivalent

Ordered both the THE DAVEK MINI and THE DAVEK SOLO Arrived in a reasonable amount of time THE DAVEK SOLO is an attractive umbrella that is fairly well made but not worth the price THE DAVEK MINI is attractive but in function and quality build falls short and is not much better than a 15 umbrella you can purchase from a street vendor I was going to return but you have to pay for shipping back and they also deduct 10 for the original shipping to you So it will cost you more than 20 to return a 59 umbrella BTW you can also purchase these umbrella s from AMAZON
