Positive experience
It was a positive shopping experience DJ Staff were very nice and friendly especially Parmoun at Tom Ford was absolutely helpful and cheerful I had problem making a decision first but with her help I could finally make up my mind and I am very happy with my purchase

Excellence in customer service
I was at the highpoint store earlier today and was served by Gabrielle at the Clinique counter I just wanted to acknowledge her for her excellence in customer service where she went above and beyond not just for me but also for my children She kept them entertained for me while I browsed products where she was very knowledgable and helpful and when I had left she chased me out as I had forgotten my card on the counter

On Saturday afternoon November 16 I phoned the Market Street Sydney store to enquire about a cushion that I wanted to buy on line It appeared that the cushion was in stock but system would not take my order I called the store to enquire if there was one actually in the store and was fortunate enough to speak to a delightful assistant called Sandeet from the Manchester department Sandeet said that she could not locate the cushion at that time but offered to look for it At 6 50 pm Saturday evening Sandeet called to say she had found my long lost cushion and took my order This to me is exceptional service Sandeet you are a star

After 3 treacherous days of dealing
After 3 treacherous days of dealing with rude and impatient staff I decided to give it one last shot Jennifer helped me from start to finish and was very thorough in the order process Jennifer I want to personally thank you for actually making this a smooth process and displaying such professionalism It was a breath of fresh air to receive such outstanding customer service and not make me feel like I was a bother In contrast I spoke to someone by the name of Renee at Hornsby who was very rude and impatient with me - she hung up on me without even letting me finish

I went to David Jones Westfield Doncaster 3 times trying to get the right size of a French Dressing Gown Each person was polite and helpful Nothing was too much trouble On the third visit Lakshman telephone several David Jones stores showing the item and finally organised with a Sydney David Jones Store for me to buy the correct size there I received excellent customer service and am very grateful Robyn

They know there is a problem but do
They know there is a problem but do nothing about it after waiting nearly 2 hours and speaking to 3 people I was told by all of them that they know the App that I was told to download when I received my card is not working for most of the DJ transition card holders You are unable to put in a new PIN on the App Are they doing anything about that are they emailing you to tell you that there is a problem NO Are they automatically posting you a PIN NO They wait until YOU call them and after waiting 2 hours on hold they inform you they can now only send you a PIN in the mail It will be between 5-10 Business Days So it will take app 3 weeks to have a functioning card NOT GOOD ENOUGH They know it s a problem it s up to them to do something about it Waiting 3 weeks in this day and age for your CC is appalling Cost of living crisis and this is how it s being handled As much as I like DJ s reward system It s not worth the trouble If this is how they handle the transition and after reading the reviews below DJ s you have made a huge mistake going with Latitude and you will loose customers If I can t get a good reward buying from you with the card I may as well go elsewhere
