I have always had a great time with Jonathan and the team at DMR I have found him very professional and helpful in my horology journey If I could give 6 stars I would give 6 instead of 5

Amazing experience at DMR Canary Wharf

I had an amazing experience at DMR in Canary Wharf with Jonathan He was patient attentive and geniunely interested in finding the right watch for me I particularly appreciated Jonathan taking the time to go through the history and design of each watch and fair to say his knowledge is second to none It can always be intimidating and stressful when looking for a new watch but Jonathan made me feel very at ease and never once pushed me to make a decision This was my first purchase at DMR but it will definitely not be my last

Luana made the experience very special I was purchasing an expensive watch which is a gift for my husband s milestone birthday She could not have been more warm or welcoming and it added so much to the experience A lovely glass of champagne as well Luana you are a credit to the store Thank you

I visited the Canary Wharf branch

I visited the Canary Wharf branch recently and was greeted by Albert After a discussion on what time piece I was looking for and a conversation on my desired watch and the reason behind such Albert presented me with a display model to try on His knowledge of the brand and the model I desired were detailed and helped me a great deal in my decision a very calm and friendly manner which puts the customer at ease with no pressure at all I was very impressed with the speed at which the model I wished to purchase was obtained in On confirmation that the watch was in store i went in and could get to try on and get the real feel of the watch No pressure again from Albert at all In the end I purchased my time piece and must say the experience far exceeded any expectations I had Very much recommend both Albert and the Canary Wharf branch if you want a calm well knowledgeable experience in what is a big life purchase
