Avoid this company at all costs I ll NEVER AGAIN play anything they host Customer service is non existent Try submitting a support ticket sometime you ll understand fully They give you a generic response if you re lucky and then you never hear from them again Unless it concerns your ability to give them money Any problems with game play are problems with your system not theirs even when several players have the same issue Try contacting Daybreak games from outside of a game hahaha good luck with that My experience beyond the worthless customer support was the shutdown of a server without notice This came after spending serious cash on a game I do believe in supporting the games I enjoy playing and then one day go to log on and the server is non-existent Ask for an explanation Crickets chirping no response This is BY FAR the worst gaming company I have ever had the frustration and displeasure to try to work with Short review This company sucks sweaty troll balls

Their support team is nonexistent I had a serious issue with Everquest and over 24 hours went by and no response I am a subscriber for over 8 years to this game and was a loyal paying customer for that time Not anymore

Daybreak games can t be trusted Tried to appeal my ban i ve been given long time ago I ve never cheated in a game and only got to play h1Z1-Just survive for 16 hours before the ban appeared They even gave different reasons about my ban Plus they didn t write they had prove for my ban Bad company and support

Absolutely Terrible Had an issue that would be extremely easy for them to fix Loot awarded by mistake to wrong character Simple mistake simple fix Both were at raid but was just given to wrong one by mistake They simply refuse Its something they could do easily in about 2 minutes but they refuse to help a paying customer out They are the worst of the worst and don t care at all about paying customers Nobody should ever give these guys money again

One of the worst gaming company I ever
One of the worst gaming company I ever used I started with Everquest in 1999 played off and on with Sony it was fine but Daybreak is the worst I needed to change my email address and they kept asking at different points for my secret question answer over and over Now I know where I was born but they rejected every answer I put in the City got rejected I put in City and State got rejected I put in State only got rejected - once I put in USA and one time they took it and I selected change Email address and the system circled back to asking my secret question again I got a phone number for the US dialed it and it was disconnected looks like they are going out of business but are still willing to take your money

An absolute garbage company who maintain a set of older games which they don t give a crap about They basically keep them on life support and try to hold on for as long as they can All games are riddled with bugs and no matter how much you try to point that out or complain nothing is done I can t imagine why anyone in their right mind would want to work at a place like that They certainly don t care about their player base so why would they care about their employees If you work there leave now while you still have your sanity Avoid this company at all cost

Unlocked items and purchases deleted and not reimbursed
I played planetside 2 for a number of years working hard to unlock items purchased with credits I logged in after a year of absence and items were gone Daybreak Games won t reinstate the items and say I need to prove I had them How can I do this other than going back in time and recording videos of me using them Awful awful awful

Played one of the h1z1 games Never cheated or toxic behaviour They banned my account and could not appeal my ban Customer service even gave me different answers to why I was banned when asked them multiple times This company is not to be trusted in my oppinion Terrible experience

Utterly impossible company to deal with
DCU Online is a great game but it s parent company Daybreak is a S t-storm of a joke I created a Daybreak account in order to add in-game funds for the game that I ve been playing on and off for several years What did I get for 20 00 my account BANNED FOR FRAUD for no good reason they had better NEVER draw funds from my bank ever again AVOID DAYBREAK GAMES it s a roll of the dice whether you will ever get the goods and or services you paid for
