Do not use this website I ordered a table that was listed as available with a delivery time of two to five business days The money was taken from my account and then three days later the manager sent me an email saying that the table is no longer available and that it is no longer being produced They sent me some cheap particleboard table from China even though I purchased a table made of solid wood Now we are in correspondence about getting my money back Do not trust this site they deceive customers regarding product quality and delivery times They have nothing in stock

Ordered and paid online for the Modern E69 office chair 559 website said it was in stock I was then contacted to say that although my money has been taken the chair isn t in stock I waited 3 weeks for an update then decided to chase myself I was told the chair has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 days they will get it sent ASAP Tracking details later received but then I received a message from the courier to say that they went to collect the item from DCConcept but they were closed Waited another 4 days When the chair arrived one of the arms is very rusty Contacted them to request a replacement or refund No reply

Avoid at all cost they are a complete sham I ordered a chair in september the order was confirmed the money taken and it showed a delivery within 8 days 3 days later i received an email to say that they had a waiting list as the item was not available They asked me if i was happy to wait 2 weeks i said yes Then 2 weeks later the new estimate was another 2 3 weeks delay so i asked to cancel the order - they wanted to charge me 10 of the price i contacted the whatsapp number - after a lot of messaging they found 1 chair which was to be delivered the day after - i said i would try but wanted to check the return policy i received the chair the parcel had been badly damaged and looked like someone else return - the quality is awful and cheap stuff from China - i contacted them to say i wanted to return and a full refund but they are not confirming anything They have my money it is an absolute disgrace

SCAM ALERT Do not order i have already left a previous review AVOID AVOID AVOID This is part 2 to say that they are impossible to deal with - they have had my money now for a month they are coming up with any excuses not to collect the rubbish they sent and they also tried to charge me more money After days of messaging they have agreed to collect - let s see They probably will find more reasons not to issue a refund but have the item back with them - win win THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER I have also reported them to the Trading Standard Agency as well as the fraud police

I ordered 6 chairs 4 of them for a dining table and 1 dining table All of them were marked as in stock whereas in reality only one was The rest took 11-14 weeks The customer advisor initially spent time trying to convince me to buy products I didn t want just because those items were in stock I found the service to be wanting The table holes did not align with the screws and despite raising this immediately and inviting 3 possible solutions I have been fobbed off I do not think the company is observant of its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act and I am not convinced it is a legitimate company If they are they don t care about the consumer In any case everything is made in China I do not recommend this company

The worst company I have ever experienced they happily take your money send you product that looks completely different to what you ordered then the nightmare starts the refuse to talk to on the phone you just get a robot message back and forth with no joy at resolving the issue Also be very aware the picture they put on there website is not there s they get some company in china to copy definitely done bad very much a drop shipping

Easy to assemble and the parcels were well The table is very beautiful and smooth It s definitely worth the price and adds the glamour I wanted to my living room
