scammed 1 month of premium

I paid for 1 month with bitcoin all went well About 2 weeks later they put my account back to free status Opened a support ticket a full week of waiting with 2 different responses asking what my email adress is even though I already stated it in my first post in the support ticket I paid with bitcoin the transactions are non-refundable I don t see any reason why you would ever go to disabling a premium account paid with btc No account sharing didn t even download that much probably not even 500GB in the first week of using the account Absolute horrible behaviour and customer support not doing a single thing in over a week now I ll be taking my money to their competition there is no way im ever getting scammed by ddownload com ever again

It is scam service I have paid premium The generated fake link for paypal with product Video course Learning the Rig Veda writing and the basics of grammar I didn t pay attention to it and lost my money Support ignore me

Hey there I bought 12 months here to support ddl and not premiumize Also premiumize often struggles with ddl But directly through their service I am getting slow downloads 3MB s per download and around 30MB s with 10 downloads at the same time I got a 65MB s connection I wrote a support ticket at the first day A week later I looked if someone answered The ticket was deleted or something it s not there anymore even though I got the confirmation via Email I opened a new ticket and wrote a message through the imprint site Still waiting the 4th day for answer now To be honest premiumize was the better choiceTY for an answer here but the support did not offer anything after waiting weeks for an answer at all Later the ticket got closed 2 times without any answer I reopened both times and today it s completely deleted again without beeing ever closed or answered I also wrote to the email adress - no answer Also I am not connected through DTAG I do not have telephone line internet
