Unacceptable and untrustworthy
I ve placed my order from Remington uk on the 26th of January and received an email on the same day saying that my order has been dispatched It is now the 17th of February and I have yet to receive my order I ve emailed them about a week ago and received no replies whatsoever I have heard nothing about my order since and I am yet to receive my item This is ridiculous and unacceptable The company itself is irresponsible and did not get back to me at all even after I ve emailed them DO NOT buy from this company as you don t know where your orders will go

I bought and paid for a QuickCut Hair
I bought a Remington electric toothbrush at Aldi Good price 15 99 afterwards found that they had stopped making them Liked it so bought 2x4 replacement heads direct not so cheap at 34 but I had a 3-year warranty It failed after15 months all I got back was 15 99 nothing for 6 brush heads that were now useless Nothing for my consequential loss The warranty said that they would repair or replace the unit - nothing about a refund Of course they don t make the things any more I did make some contact through Facebook but then they just ignored me As the previous review says do not buy from this company

Rubbish
I bought and paid for a QuickCut Hair ClipperHC4250 from Remington Uk website on the 27 03 2020 I heard that my order had been accepted on the same day The money was taken from my bank on the same day I emailed them and messaged them through Facebook and was totally ignored until the 6 04 2020 when I was told that the item was out of stock I then asked them by return email to refund my money I also asked why they had taken my money for an out of stock item I have since then not heard from them I also have not had a refund This company should be avoided at all costs Distance selling regulations say that money should not be taken for items until they are dispatched Something this company ignores Also why wasn t there an out of stock notice on the item something other websites find an easy task to implement Even though these are hard times for everybody including them business should be conducted in a proper manner I will never buy a Remington product as long as I live

Warning all potential Remington
Has to be the worst experience I ve ever had of any website ever So many glitches Universal parts take hours to find because they only have them attached to one product code Then they re all out of stock So many glitches Astounding that a company as big as this would not put an ounce of thought into their website

My brand new Remington Hair clipper
Warning all potential Remington customers DO BUY the Remington R9 rechargable razor or any other Remington product I purchased a R9 rechargable wet and dry razor it was advertised as having a 60 minute charge time but having used this item several times in a 6 week period in that time it died with 30 minutes left on the led charge symbol and then died with 42 minutes charge on it then it died with 48 minutes left on it as I say approx 6 weeks old and after several emails including purchase receipt and photos of rating plate and no response from Remington customer services the price of item was not cheap 79 99 supposedly with 2 year warranty which obviously is not worth the paper it is written on ref report case number 888325

A blade fell out of my head shaver
My brand new Remington Hair clipper received as an Xmas gift does not charge I called Remington explained it was a gift therefore no receipt they said they could help send jpegs with everything else that came with the kit They took ages and finally they said I can have 40 discount if I purchased one of their items - so NO HELP Also I wanted to know if the fault was the charger or the Clipper - both going on the bin thanks Remington don t rate you one bit

I have purchased Remington Shea Soft Straightener and it s supposed to be ready in 15 seconds It takes 1 min 10 seconds for this device to heat up to the lowest level

Despicable after sales spare
I bought a remington F4 from them direct it s absolute junk Painful to use poor design pulls more than it cuts I wish I d kept my 12 year old remington it was way better than this Don t buy from them directly because they do everything to avoid a return including asking the most inane questions as delaying tactic If you must buy it get it from Amazon so at least you ll get a no-quibble return when you find out how bad it is

Be aware before buying Awful awful despicable after service A year after buying an RX7 head shaver I need a new shaver head Not available on Remington web site Says out of stock Raised a query via their web page Had a reply saying the item is in fact in stock but at a price over 10 more than their web site says They say someone will call me to take payment and order details REALLY Remington You think I m going to give my card details to a random caller Even if it s legit why not just update your web page and order from you direct Been waiting months for the spare head to become available Won t be buying Remington again
