Best app for the real estate investor
This app has been a deal changer for our business We are able to quickly evaluate flips rentals The app keeps adding new features I got so many of my friends on the app now I does have a desktop The ability to quickly generate a property report and easily get investors on board

Deal Check saved me Time and Money
I found Deal Check online signed up for a free trial and used the software to analyze 2 deals I was thinking about doing I put the address of the first property to see if my BRRR calculations were correct and Deal check confirmed what I was thinking that the 2 properties would have a great cash flow I signed up for the Pro version which is a deal for 19 00 a month and have since analyzed 10 properties The software has saved me time and money I would recommend it to anyone analyzing deals on a daily basis
