The tracking link is inaccurate, and despite sending numerous emails, I still haven’t received my item. They claimed to upgrade me to priority delivery, yet the tracking still says “in transit.” After sending multiple follow-ups, they stopped replying. I requested a refund and will never order from them again. Even if you don’t expect Amazon-level service, promising 4–6 days and taking three weeks is unacceptable, especially with no way to contact anyone. I had planned to recommend this site, but now I advise others not to buy from them.
