Communication is AWFUL No order will arrive
What went wrong After 2 weeks patiently waiting for my order of significant value I phoned left a message emailed and messaged on facebook I finally was able to get through to Sue by phone and was informed most of my order would be delivered the next day and the remaining canvas 3 days later Nope it didn t arrive My further attempts at enquiries were not successful Today nearly a month of waiting I got through to Sue on the phone I politely asked why I was being ignored and the remainder of the call I was literally screamed at Very shaken and distressed at such rude and unnecessary behaviour I was dreading her call back The call back was exactly the same lies as before so I asked to cancel my order for a full refund as I really could not handle any further screaming and was physically shaking at such bullying behaviour Sue took this cue to start screaming at me Again I repeatedly and calmly asked her to stop screaming at me and she eventually hung up on me Nice I am now waiting patiently for my agreed refund but will obviously escalate this if I don t receive it Where could they improve their customer service A Don t scream at your customers or bully them B Communicate with honesty and even actually apologise when orders are significantly delayed C Read your trust pilot reviews and take on board the issues your customers are raising with a view of resolving future issues We all have bad days but such nasty rude bullying and toxic behaviour is very distressing and has no place in any business

Don t like giving refunds Beware
Placed an order for a bowl early November only to find my husband had found the same item in a shop and bought it for me I emailed Dear Grace on 04 11 asking if they could cancel the order I received nothing but an auto response so emailed again on 08 11 saying that I could see the item had not been despatched and could they please cancel as per my previous email I received a response on 08 11 saying the order had been cancelled and a refund had been actioned That was 8 days ago and still no refund Fortunately I had paid via Clearpay having never used the company before so have only paid one instalment Clearpay have now raised with them to get my money back Please be aware of this company and use a payment system or credit card for protection

Ordered on the 1st May now the 18th May
Ordered on the 1st May now the 18th May no reply to emails and no item arrived no refund from seller no contact at all Had to contact my bank who has now refunded me and had to get In Touch with the seller themselves on my behalf Will never use again and have now warned other not to use Terrible service

Frustrating Experience with Delivery
Frustrating Experience with Delivery and Lack of CommunicationI purchased one of their pictures with an estimated delivery time of two weeks which I was fine with However after the two-week mark passed I called the shop to inquire about my order I was informed that the delivery driver had attempted to deliver the parcel but I wasn t home This was completely untrue I have Ring doorbell footage showing that no one came to my door and I work from home so I know the driver didn t even attempt delivery I was then told the parcel would be delivered by the end of the week Despite this I still haven t received my item and I m now 168 out of pocket with no clear update on what s happening with my purchase The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating and I have no idea when or if I will receive the item I paid for I expected better service and accountability from this shop

Order not delivered
Placed an order on 14 November Allowed 14 days to be notified of and item despatched Have still not received the order nor notified it s been despatched Have emailed asking what is happening no reply Telephoned and mailbox full Luckily paid on credit card guess I ll have to claim my money back

They should tell you on website if items out of stock
So disappointed I still haven t received rest of my order that was ordered in March ive sent numerous emails that have been ignored I am fed up of ringing to no avail Never will I order anything again Get your act together

Poor customer service
This company has a very appealing website but the customer service is extremely poor After waiting a few weeks I must have phoned over a dozen times to find out where my order was Sometimes it was impossible to get through and at others staff said they would find out the situation and call me back They never did Ultimately I have gained a refund Staff are unhelpful on the phone and do not seem to accept that they have a responsibility to customers Good communication is essential in this business and although I love some of the items on the website I will never order from them again

Terrible customer service
Not a great experience with this company Ordered on 22 June and items not dispatched until 16 July I don t think the order would ever have been dispatched unless I d chased I contacted the company on email and then on Instagram direct message and was ignored I then sent a message on a post on Instagram to ask if my query could be looked into A few hours later I got an automated email to say my order was being dispatched No personal response or apology was received on any of the 3 messages I left for the poor customer service I would not use this company again and don t recommend

Pretty much like all the other reviews on here this company has terrible customer service takes your money initially and then never sends you the goods I purchased 10 reed defuses weeks ago was told that they were in stock when you eventually get through to someone they say they re going to look into it but never get back to you I ve now resulted in calling my bank to do a charge back Would give them a wide birth if I was you
