never experienced these type of useless
now a days all are useless product which will become complaint at the earliest actually this shoe was given as a replacement for another defectives product and your customer care guys stated that i have a poor knowledge of your products and i had to agree them i am a person with zero knowledge and they had suggested me this shoe for my purpose and as a person who will not be there in India regularly i could not come to store to through this useless peace of shoe in front of your so called product experts and i must agree that i am a fool who had trusted this brand and blindly purchased many products i would request you to publish this review so that others will not get cheated or else i will post it in a public platform

First time disaster ordering from decathlon
never experienced these type of useless customer care when we order online then installation we sent other places i ordered 2 cycles via online two wheels are missing also installation they informed me sent their nearest outlet when we asking the missing parts they send us the feed back survey for reviewI never recommended decathlon in my life so why you open online order installation we need to send your out let So please close your online website

I ordered a pair of golf shoes on 16th
I don t know whether this is a problem with decathlon india or decathlon express Avenue Chennai my first experience of ordering my trampoline to be picked has been a disaster Supposed to pick it up on 24th dec from the store as per decathlon thinking that it will reach earlier today is 29th only now it has reached the decathlon express Avenue store I have called decathlon express Avenue 20 times no exaggeration probably it is even more so far one one has picked up the phone called online customer service number standard answer it will reach the store in 48 hours sorry decathlon shopping with you online has been a terrible experience don t think will recommend decathlon again Even if they have a genuine reason for the delay at least don t order or pickup from decathlon express Avenue they won t pickup your call When I gave a bad review for their delivery in their decathlon in website they conveniently forgot or didn t publish Look at that I have no problem with product it is great but if you are ordering something and picking watch out for decathlon express Avenue they will not pickup any calls

I ordered a pair of golf shoes on 16th of December vide order number 1711317 the shoes were supplied on 19th December the shoes were worn on 20th December the spikes and sole started falling apart after only a single days usage this was taken up with customer care however they without applying their mind siting untenable reasons rejected the request for replacement or refund I have ordered number of items for my personal usage in the last six to seven months costing several thousands like Golf clubs kit golf bag golf cart golf balls golf shoes additional putters fairway drivers tees and gloves etc however this transaction has left me thoroughly disappointed with their customer service

Worst Products
This review is for Decathalon India-I wish I should have read the reviews before placing the order I have ordered a pilate gym mat on 30th of dec and it should be delivered by 31st It is still not here and I suppose it will not arrive anytime soon Update until 09th Jan they failed to give any update regarding the product I have to cancel it on 9th Now I m waiting to get any update on refund

Never buy anything from Decathlon
I recently purchased a bike from Decathlon s warehouse and let me tell you it s been nothing short of a nightmare After encountering significant quality issues with the bike I followed Decathlon s return policy to the letter However my return request was flat-out denied leaving me feeling defeated and utterly disappointed It s clear as day that Decathlon s policies and procedures are heavily skewed in favor of the company at the expense of customer satisfaction This whole ordeal has not only cost me financially and caused a ton of inconvenience but it s also left me feeling completely disheartened and disillusioned with Decathlon as a brand And let s talk about accountability or rather the lack thereof Decathlon s customer service reps showed zero accountability or professionalism throughout this entire mess which only made things worse

Disappointing experience at Decathlon store Subhashnagar Delhi
Greetings We purchased a Decathlon bicycle from the Decathlon Subhashnagar store We wanted to take that home with us and get the billing done We were told by the sales representative Mr Shubham that the bicycle would be dismantled in 10 mins to enable us to carry that in our car We requested Mr Shubham to have the same dismantled and that we would come back after half an hour and pick it up However when we came back after approximately 1 hour the bicycle was still intact and was not dismantled only the front wheel was to be dismantled We were told to carry the bicycle in intact form where we were travelling in a hatchback The representatives at the counter were also turning a deaf ear to our needs After telling them twice or thrice as well no one was ready to assist us Why are they so frustrated only you may know We had a tough time fitting the bicycle in our car and if anything happens to the product before we reach home then who would take the responsibility This is too disheartening The level of the services provided was poorer than a local hawker selling the products on the streets The bill amount was around 11k and when someone buys a product there are emotions attached to it I hope we will be able to manage to take the bicycle home without any scratches or complications But if only Mr Shubham and his associates at the billing counter and around the exit area were a little cautious towards the customer s needs our experience would have been a wow experience I hope your team understands that and trains your sales representatives to be more attentive towards your customer s needs or else we don t mind promoting your brand as a Roadside hawker s brand if this is the level of training that you are providing to your team and this is the level of services that they are providing your customers Good luck Regards Manisha

Pathetic service
Pathetic service ORDER ID 2326821587 They sell online on the pretext that it is easy to return but once you ask them for return then they wont pick up Customer care executives are extremely rude specially Mr rajat n They mentally harass you Seems Decathlon trains them like that I am returning all the unused products even if they are of use to me WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Online Cheaters
The daylight robbers Never ever order anything online I recently ordered six items from Decathlon but only received five When I contacted customer service to report the missing item I was shocked by their response Instead of investigating the issue they accused me of lying insisting that all six items were packed correctly They asked me to provide proof through videos and images which I understand However I believe that they should also provide evidence on their end such as a video of the packing process showing all six items This experience has been incredibly frustrating and as a loyal customer I expected better treatment I hope Decathlon takes this issue seriously and resolves it fairly
