It s no wonder they don t accept PayPal

A waste of time and money I placed my order on December 18th in hopes it gets here before Christmas they say it usually takes 3 business days to ship orders out even their Twitter stated to order by sunday 18th to get it before Christmas well that time passed and still nothing not even a shipment confirmation email On January 6th I wrote to their support section and only got an email stating that they got the message and will get back to me and still no response after 4 days

Advertising is aggressively factually incorrect

Literally just looked at their advertising on site where they claimed all customers don t know anything about candles and that everything on site and all their products are the best you can buy Went on 15 minutes of basic research after seeing this Sources had nothing to do with Decent candle and were all 3rd party information Most of what they advertise is inaccurate simply factually incorrect after doing basic research Much of their site advertising is low-bar funny which I can appreciate and initially got me to check out their site The first glaring issue was simply their technical break down of their wax compound used in their candles saying paraffin petrol byproduct wax burns longer than the other waxes used in candles I thought that just sounded off and I m not an expert so that was what initially triggered a brief look around for further info The clearest source to sum it up is here if you care to check it out Candlewic s Article on mastering candle wax soy beeswax and paraffin advantages I understand this misinformation may be considered minor but when this is a major advertising point I beg to differ but if they blatantly are wrong about this it s clear they will be lying about other aspects of their products too Don t let their high-energy in your face sigma advertising fool you into thinking they have any technical authority on what they are trying to sell I didn t even make a purchase because of my initial research Don t listen to what they say on their site Go buy cheaper higher quality candles from an in-person store near you

No product no communication

It s been two weeks since ordering no candle no response to emails no shipping confirmation Giving it one more week than canceling thru my credit card company

I ve had the same issues as all the other reviewers I ordered 6 27 Checked their FAQ and saw they have a 3-5 day shipping time Sent an email with an inquiry on 7 3 got nothing back Sent a facebook message 7 15 No response Sent a follow up email No response I will be initiating a charge back I m super disappointed in all this I was really looking forward to the candle and wax melt I ordered

Ordered a candle and wax melts About 3 weeks out with no update I reached out to them with no response After a month I reached out again asking about order status no response I engaged with my credit card company to initiate a charge back which was granted They contacted the company and they eventually shipped it after the charge back was initiated I would not by from this website again as they can t be trusted

Fishy

Basically same issue as everyone else site says max five days to ship out and I never got any word of it shipping it s been over a week I commented on their Instagram and they got back to me and said they ll ship it but yeah we ll see

No communication

No communication no shipping it s been two weeks and zero movement I m going to dispute this charge with my credit card company and if other reviews are any indication I ll get that settled before this company does anything If I get what I ordered then we ll see

Zero communication no order updates no shipping no product They advertise 3-5 day shipping when placing an order and also charge 6 for said shipping It s been nearly a entire month and I ve heard and received nothing No response to emails Will be disputing on my credit card Stay away scam company Update It s now been 2 5 months since placing my order there has been zero response to any communication Stay away from this company they ll take your money and you won t get anything
