SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS You cannot even try out their service without providing your credit card details and subscribing to their whopping Pro plan that costs 14 99 a month What s outrageous is that they won t refund the payment even if you have not used ANY of the credits This is way out of business standards if you ask me DO NOT BE SCAMMED INTO IT When I asked about refund they simply told me that they have it in their terms and conditions and had me agree to it that its non-refundable FACT on their Stripe checkout page it shows Cancel anytime and I could not find any wording that states NOT REFUNDABLE I did not like a thing about Decktopus s service as well why would I have asked for a refund soon after purchase They sell themselves as an AI presentation generator but I did not find it useful for my purposes It seems they just have some sort of template and then fill in some images and text probably generated with chatGPT It s more of a template provider not an AI presentation generator

Not fit for purpose
Upon subscribing to Decktopus I instantly knew that it was not fit for my purpose I requested a refund in less than seven minutes which days later was refused by their support team I m not surprised Decktopus has only two stars I m giving it just one Disappointing product worse customer service
