POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

TERRIBLE PRODUCTS They don t look like the images online The laptop case I purchased looked great online and when it came the image on it was all pixelated and at a poor resolution To return the product you have to pay for shipping yourself which is international and costs more than it is worth When I complained I was told that I could pay 13 and choose a different product DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

TERRIBLE experience

Case took almost a month to show up and now that it s finally arrived I open it and see that the color is WAY different than what was pictured online AND the case doesn t even fit despite that the size I ordered matches up with my phone I took a chance on the brand because the case design is unique and looks well built But it s super thin and flimsy the camera cover is not as thick as pictured and there s branding on the inside saying My Choice which I m assuming is some cheap chinese phone case maker

Cheap looking Avoid

Do not recommend case doesn t look like pictures cheap looking just printed on the back colour does not go around the sides as pictures make out I m not really convinced it will even protect my phone Very disappointing Can get better quality at pound shop

These guys are a scam

These guys are a scam I ordered a tempered glass iPhone case and never received the item Four weeks has passed and no tracking information was updated in 21 days I asked about my item and they stated that the item was sent They even had USPS tracking in the states and it was canceled because they never got the item to deliver Stay away from these guys

I wanted to give zero star but since

I wanted to give zero star but since there is no option for that gave 1 star I ordered an external battery and magsafe wallet but both items did not match description and of poor quality Their return process is ridiculous which gives you the impression they do not want you to return anything I will never order anything here

Although the iPhone Apple wallet I received appeared to be authentic it was the wrong color and they insisted it was correct 8 emails later I finally returned it to the address on the label They said I would need to send it to China to get a refund Oh brother I went ahead and disputed with my credit card

HORRIBLE QUALITY PHONE CASE AVOID

Ordered a 30 case including shipping to the UK It came and was an awful quality image so I asked for a refund and was sent 3 19 to which I asked for a full refund and was given an address to send to rather than them pay for a returns label AWFUL COMPANY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If I could rate them a 0 stars I would They changed my address on the shipping label to a location that didn t exists As verified by the post office the address I submitted was correct but when creating the shipping label they changed it We are unsure why but this changed resulted in USPS disposing of the package and DECONE has refused to refund me

This is a scam company DONT use this site I bought two case from this site for 84 the postage took forever and when they arrived the cases did not fit the phone The covers covered the lens of the phone Tried to discuss returns they offered to send replacement cases for and extra 14 99 and this was the solution because shipping returns are lengthy and expensive You also can t track the shipping so they won t continue discussions until received AVOID AT ALL COSTS or you ll lose your money
