My phone case broke as I was putting it on my phone - the glass completely cracked They refused to refund me unless I paid to ship it back to Hong Kong which would make no sense at this point I d just lose more money They finally said they d mail me a free replacement case then tried to charge me another 11 for shipping it to me They blamed it on me and said I didn t pay attention to the angle when I was putting the case on I think I know how to put on a phone case by now the glass shouldn t of cracked so easily Low quality product and they refused to fix the problem with their product Don t bother buying from them Now I know why they have their review section turned off on Facebook

Scam alert Advertised as a silicone case and is clearly plastic with a screen print Not the same colour as photo and colour only covers the back and not the edges of the case or edges by the camera which is nothing like the photos Fit isn t great Nothing good to say Wouldn t spend 10 on this

Horrible phone cases and crooks

Horrible phone cases even worse customers service They advertised that the cases I ordered were MagSafe Wallet falls off so easily Plus they sent me a pink case instead of the purple one I ordered and tried to tell me it was purple it clearly wasn t Contacted them and they would ask for a video showing the weakness of the magnet after dealing with sending multiple emails back and forth for over a month they said I could ship them back at MY expense Would not return my money for their crappy cases that don t hold anything with the magnet they say is MagSafe and would not refund me for the case they sent the wrong color in Do not support these crooks

iPhone 13 Pro cases

Hardly write reviews but in this experience I must ordered phone cases for me and my wife Took forever to arrive showed not as advertised and the MagSafe is so weak the wallet falls off with gravity only I wouldn t recommend their products Poorly made and far from the money they charge

Awful product quality and awful customer service

Covering started to peel off the iphone case after 1 week and it also took 5 weeks to arrive from China Very poor products and very poor customer service AVOID

Worst cases and apple watch straps on the market

I bought 2 cases from them and 2 Apple watch straps The cases didn t fit the phone they obstructed the cameras and the charging hole was too small for the apple charger to fit so I can charge the phone The watch straps are hold together only by glue Bad glue since one of them ripped and almost resulted in losing my watch The latch mechanism is the worst I ever saw The return policy is a joke since you have to send them the product at your own cost which is more than the product in value

Scam company DO NOT DO IT

This company advertises their products as high quality and high end and you pay that level of price but what you get is extremely cheaply made I got a better quality silicone phone case for 5 off amazon compared to the 40 one from decone The case itself is made from cheap rigid silicone with the design flat printed on the surface in ink - the products they advertise are not what they deliver And their returns are set up to make it impossible for you to get your money back - they are running a very clever scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
