No Service Department
I purchased several led mirrors in 2021 One of the mirrors started to malfunction this past year I realize this is not a warranty item and tried to make contact with the customers service department to purchase replacement parts I have been trying for several months but have not resolved the issue I can not get anyone to help me They do not respond to emails and I can t get anyone on phone Love the mirrors but unfortunately since there is essentially no service available Beware before you purchase from this company especially the LED mirrors

Like Decoraport New Retailing Model and price
They have quite new retailing model You can see the ads from CTV I just bought a vanity the price is really low I mean minimum 30 lower than other stores The low price shall benefit from their new retailing model with low overhead cost Impressive

Service is great
I purchased faucet and i didn t like the look of it so i called their customer service and they were super helpful They suggested another faucet that was more to my liking and we did an exchange When i received my new faucet it was perfect i will definitely order again
