The end to end process was seamless Delivery was prompt and dropped where I needed it with a phone call te let me know he was on his way The stones where a good quality and look great in situ The only minor negative is for the stones I order only came in one lot size so it meant I had to over order and then try get rid of loads I suppose you can t have it all
