Customer Service has been exemplary I received a new leather coat but I cannot wear it due to the chemical smell of the leather I am very sensitive to smells Customer Service issued me a partial refund so that I may take my coat to my local leather cleaner to have them clean my coat I was very pleased that the company was so willing to work with me I will definitely recommend this company Sincerely Teresa C
