We were really taken aback by the quality and promptness of the service provided We started the process on the 17th of February had a few questions about the form which were very quickly answered by the webchat team and submitted it that evening The following morning received an email from Bully who advised a draft would be ready within two working days which we received as promised had some more questions answered and the bound final copy arrived through the post on the 25th Obtaining the deed of trust turned from a really difficult process with our conveyancing solicitor into probably the easiest part of the entire process I ve already recommended deedoftrust co uk to others based on the service provided couldn t be happier

I was a little concerned at first by the lack of online reviews for this company but I went ahead anyway and I m very pleased that I did The service was quick and efficient and reasonably priced I m posting this review in case anyone else has similar concerns I have no hesitation in recommending them

This is a highly focused and efficient operation that carries out a valuable service with very little fuss If you want a straightforward deed of trust drawn up I find it hard to believe you will find better value anywhere and if you do have more complex needs they seem to have all the angles covered Great service thanks

Great service from Bully
Great service from Bully Bully was very efficient and to the point - normally they take 3 days to complete but we were in a rush and without charging anything extra they completed the deed within one day only Excellent job served our purpose I would be referring other people here as well when requested
