Cheap rubbish

Company doesn t make it clear that the product is coming from China Extremely poorly made Feels cheap bristles are all over the place and it turned up already damaged Cheap packaging so you can t trust it s not a return that s been repackaged and redistributed Honestly baffles me that companies are allowed to mislead and charge a lot of money for a product that s barely worth a pound

RUBBISH

If I could give zero I would Absolute waste of time I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my items and they just keep fobbing me off Can t get a refund they just keep saying we are looking into the issue ALSO they are not a uk company all the products are shipped from china False advertising complete waste of time and money

Avoid Was supposedly shipped from China Tracking information stated delivery had been attempted and then recorded item as stolen No record of attempted delivery on my security camera and I had not contacted anyone to say I hadn t received it so tracking info was fabricated Asked for refund but told once it had left the warehouse it was out of their hands so couldn t refund it but would send another one This didn t happen and they are now not responding to emails Complete waste of money

China Based Operation Expect Delays and Returns to China

Item was shipped from China unexpectedly which delayed the expected arrival time massively Item would never make it in time for Christmas so started the refund process They requested that I ship it BACK to China in order to get the full refund while also continuing to claim they re a UK based company Only gave one star as they offered to refund 40 and leave the items with me which I feel was the cheaper option over shipping a box back to China tracked Would not buy from again
