We ordered a new oven which came on time as agreed with the seller After installation the oven did not work so we contacted the seller They refused to change the product or give back money with the reasoning that the package was open

Bought a fritch online late in the
Bought a fritch online late in the evening cause rush Directly you need to confirm agreement terms as usual so accepted Day after I get a call for delivery that the fritch was not possible for delivery I wanted to cancel but they came with another more expensive offer As it was urgent I decided to take the offer for the same price Apperently they dont sell much so it was confirmed I informed I payed for carrying upstairs This was no problem at all On the day of delivery I get a nerveus call from the drivers with questions to confirm I was like why now and not on the phone earlier as explained Drivers said full risk for me with any damage so I confirmed that I do not accept as I am not carrying the fritch Apperently the drivers was incompetent for carrying so he new he would fail I lost my trust completely on this so I decided to cancell Than they charge cancel fee while they put cli nt in front of the question to accept all risk on the day it self Ofcourse this is written in the terms however if you fail on delivery than just dont deliver at all easy money making to use cancel fee without noticing as well I will never do business with this company again and will not recomend it also

The worst experience from any company
The worst experience from any company so far in the Netherlands We searched for ages to find a company with a good price and fast delivery and have had great experiences with other outlet companies here We received a phone call saying the time and day of the delivery with a 3 hour window My wife waited in the house for the 3 hour window then for more hours after that incase the driver was delayed We called the company and we re told that the driver was being sent a message and would call us A couple of hours later we called again as we had heard nothing then they contacted the driver again and he said that he had come to the house two other people were waiting outside and no one was home We did not have any other visitors that day and nobody contacted us to say they could not get into the house We had to cancel our electrician who was scheduled to come round that evening to connect the stove We were told we would be called again to confirm a delivery day and time for the Tuesday of the following week We did not receive a phone call and rang the company only to be told the oven couldn t be delivered until Wednesday as the Tuesday delivery lorry was full At this point I requested a full refund as we were scheduled to complete our kitchen installation before Wednesday and needed the oven to measure the countertops The company assured us they could then change the delivery to Tuesday but when the oven arrived it was rusty and fully greasy and used After half an hour of cleaning and finding more grease and rust we rang the company to return the item and sent photos They persuaded us to swap the oven instead of getting a refund We rang the company on the Wednesday and were assured the new oven would be delivered on Thursday and the old one would be picked up at the same time They said we would receive a phonecall from the delivery company to confirm We didn t get any phonecall so rang the delivery company the next day and were told the driver would deliver between 11 00 - 14 00 Because of the previous problems we rang the company to confirm but it turned out the delivery company had made a mistake and there was no delivery or pick up planned They then told us that it was because a mechanic was checking the oven They then changed and said they never do next day delivery We asked to speak to the manager and were told he would call in the next 30minutes An hour and a half later we rang and were told the only option for pick up would be Monday This meant our kitchen plans included electrician plumbing countertops was delayed again and again and will continue to be delayed we have nothing to cook with for our family arriving tonight or for the duration of their stay We can t order a new oven until the money is refunded or do any kitchen work until the new one arrives We are shocked how we have to ring the company so much to arrange such a simple thing and how they ping pong responsibility from the company itself to the delivery company complete with lies and broken promises We are very upset about this and will never go with this company again recommending you also to choose someone else

Pathetic Service False Information on Website
I have ordered a Samsung American refrigerator after selecting model on their website Just after placing the order I have been offered another model through email because the one i ordered was not available However it is still showing as available on their website It appears that it is a trap to make people order so that they can offer you another model and sell it Really frustrating and a waste of time

Don t deliver on time and refused to cancel the order
We bought a 2300 euros fridge and had a terrible experience First they sent and email asking to choose among 3 different serie handles and said it would take 2 weeks to delivery After 3 weeks and no news from them I contacted them many times to which they said it would take a few weeks longer And that went on for 2 months It was always delivery will be next week and it never was So I got fed up because a fridge is indispensable item as we are a family with 2 kids and we bought it somewhere else with next day delivery After I contacted them to cancel my outstanding order they said they wouldn t cancel it even though I hadn t even received the fridge yet because I customised it when I chose the handle as I HAD to choose one option Terrible company Stay away
