Vacuum Suction Power is Poor Scam Company
Recently bought the vacuum cleaner from Dehumix I think the other reviews must be fake because the suction power is just not up to the job I would like to return the product and have sent two emails to the Service Department and filled in the online form So far zero response And guess what They supply no address or telephone number on their website Yet another scam company I now have to contact M S to block the payment on my credit card 11 12 2024Still sending emails and still no reply Is this just a fulfilment business with no real factory or offices M S Bank has launch a claim on the credit card payment Could take up to 60 days to be refunded I must say that the M S credit card is very good in this respect but it s a hassle I don t need I don t think Dehumix really exists Nobody has replied to this post either PLEASE DON T BUY FROM THEM IT S PROBABLY A 3RD PARTY SHIPPING SCAM

Effective dehumidifier
I got the dehumidifier yesterday and it looks even better in person than in the photos The texture is great I tested it in the bathroom for about two hours last night and the humidity dropped from 85 to 60 which is impressive

Effective dehumidifier
When the dehumidifier is running I do keep an ear out for the noise Once I switch it to sleep mode the display turns off and it s pretty quiet It won t disturb my sleep I m very satisfied with this
