Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience No Delivery No Response I placed an order with Deimaknitwear over a year ago paying 350 - for a pullover Despite reaching out multiple times to follow up on the status of my order the communication eventually stopped and I have yet to receive my purchase This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I feel completely ignored as a customer A year is an unacceptable amount of time to wait without any resolution refund or proper communication At this point all I would wish for is a response by Deima and a refund
