Shocking customer service
Having contacted dekra following an incident I was devised that an engineers would contact me within 3-5 days 2 weeks later 4 chase up calls later I have still not received a call back I would not recommend this company to anyone in particular those looking for a speedy resolution

It is the most unprofessional school in denmark mainly the branch in Br ndby I finished my lastbil course on 22nd june 2021 and till today waiting for theory test And if you try to talk with anyone they have only one thing to say we Cant do anything So i never ever recommend anyone
