Really happy with our new countertop From the attentive service when in the showroom helping us select the product and finish we wanted through to the templating and installation the service was outstanding Would recommend anyone to use Dekrastone for their new kitchen

Excellent service provided by Dekrastone From the first discussions at their office where the staff were very welcoming to our in depth discussions with Ivan who took us through the process of choosing which type of kitchen worktop was exceptional Good attention to detail and a quick initial quote Very approachable and Dekrastone were very happy to take phone calls and keep in touch re templating and installation both of which went very well with Kriss and then Graham showing great attention to detail open to discussion and question s throughout and displayed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail Nothing was too difficult and we felt we were in good hands Thanks to all at Dekrastone we are delighted with our Fugen Quartz worktop which has transformed our kitchen Natalie and Alex

The entire process of purchasing our worktops from Dekrastone was a very positive experience Scott was and the team from start to finish were professional and polite They where the only ones that were able to come up with a solution to our specific needs The install team were very polite and efficient Great experience all round

Really pleased to be able to give a 5 star review Having made our worktop choice last year at the Cosentino showroom we had contacted a firm locally who quoted a higher price and then did not reply to our emails In contrast Dekrastone were very efficient in providing a competitive quote and then arranging templating and installation within a week We valued the regular phone updates confirming visit times and the great care taken by Kris in ensuring that we had discussed all the cutting options to achieve the best layout After a long building project this part has been simple straightforward and the resulting island worktop looks great

Fantastic service from the whole team at Dekrastone Two things that stood out for me was the quality of the job and patience showed by Dekrastone during the whole process Moved into a new build and the kitchen had issues Already picked a stone but called them to put everything on hold At no point was I pressured into progressing my order I changed my stone and design several times and they were always willing and available to help The moment I was ready to proceed everything happened swiftly from templating to installation Big thank you the team Guy Grant Katie Lyndsey Kristaps Micheal and Graham
