Xenophobic treatment in 2025
Basically after being paying for two years my insurance policy did decided to get into more specific details and acknowledge what I was paying for Once the contract was done when I did purchase a house and back then didn t gave so much effort into this matter Did contact customer service of DELA and for my surprise the assistance told me that he couldn t answer me on English language because he was not authorised by the company itself I mean how hypocrite a company can be to be for two years collecting money over an insurance policy from xpats that even if I do speak and understand Dutch language do feel always more comfortable when talking about important details in English Therefore and I want to make it clear the instructions of not speaking English were given by the company itself so this xenophobic treatment for their customers is highly unacceptable By that being said did contact my broker and request for them to proceed with the cancellation of my contract with immediate effect Having this sort of treatment in 2025 is absolutely repulsive Regarding policy number 7344789
