Very poor customer service Never seen such rude delivery staff will make sure when I order from online platforms that I check with them that you are not the delivery people pathetic as mentioned by other customers frequently would have rated 0 if that were available

I would rate this service zero stars if possible Absolutely terrible experience The services provided were subpar with false commitments and no updates on delivery status through the app There were constant delays with no valid explanation and when I reached out for help I only received automatic replies To make matters worse they have charged buyers up to 10 times extra fees and it s not just with one buyer there are more than 5 cases like this It s incredibly frustrating I strongly advise other sellers and customers to avoid Delhivery services The worst experience ever

There is no provision to give less than one star If it was I would have given zero Very bad service I had booked a parcel under EXPRESS SHIPMENT But the parcel was not picked up even after three days of booking There is no customer care service We are provided with only system generated responses which are not at all useful Total disappointment

It s the worst delivery service Placed an order on 1st December in DEODAP online shopping DTDC was the courier service said delivery will be done in 6-8 days Waited and raised many complaints to both DEODAP and DTDC until I lost all hope finally they came on 22nd December to make the delivery Please don t use this courier service

The worst logistics partner in India The delivery agents are rude and very irresponsible As a customer I had to go to the warehouse of Delhivery to return the product which I had purchased from Myntra They failed to pick up the product thrice due to their irresponsible behaviour Will never buy a product from a merchant whose delivery partner is Delhivery

I ordered Bata chappals for my parents Bata using this crap delivery service and these guys tracking showing out for delivery But no one came No calls No message I tried to call delivery executive number they showing on site but no answer at last they update my shipment status collect from their branch Why the hell I need to order a Bata product online If I need to go out and collect Bata have showrooms everywhere in Kerala

Pathetic Service No one calls for delivery pickup and they do a fake delivery update that the shipment was not ready or company was closed Literally pathetic service Don t know why this company still exists

Avoid Delhivery like poison

I had a Fabindia return pickup but the Delhivery person never showed up Shockingly I received a message that the pickup person tried but we were not at home which was a blatant lie This was repeated once Finally it was picked up today This is my third experience with Delhivery
