Terrible platform
Order kfc breakfast 4 next day Initially two transaction didn t get thru so I have to cancelled Finally managed to order but the order never arrived Call kfc directly n the staff say they don t accept deliveroo order for kfc IF it is not available why is it there in the first place Totally disappointed

No refund when it s the restaurant fault
2 orders with wrong items one from matchaya and 1 from toast box and no refund both with picture evidence provided Deliveroo is fraud that doesn t care about its customer Food panda and grab would immediately refund if there is a wrong item unfortunately deliveroo does not work with the same sort of integrity

Would provide 0 stars if i could 4 consecutive orders where items were either missing or spilt and the utter joke of deliveroo CS was unable to do anything The so called manager Christopher Allen was hopelessly incompetent and was only able to send macros after macros and spiels after spiels and was not able to provide a solution or even email customers the results of the investigations Problems were clearly listed out in the chat yet they still expect customers to send an email to support instead Unsubscribed and will be using other platforms moving forward Deliveroo is an utter trash of a delivery platform

Just bad overall
Friday groceries not delivered despite the App notification saying it has been Sunday food missing 1 itemMonday grocery missing 3 items out of 12 because the stocks are not up to date So nobody could say I didn t try and I think Deliveroo do not deserve more than 1 star

Driver marked the order as completed
Driver marked the order as completed when I have not received anything Contacted Deliveroo and they said the driver had spilt the drink and thus he couldn t deliver Deliveroo offered to redeliver a new order and I have been waiting for forty minutes with no further updates Status just writes preparing order I couldn t get through the Order Help anymore as the app was lagging If its not for the 6 coupon code they provided me I would be using trusty Grab I ll be sticking to Grab for future food deliveries

Paid and not deliveredHorrendous service Ordered at 8 Kept changing time and assigning rider till restaurant closed Wrote in no response until I cancelled order at 10pm because app states no refund and no credit when cancelled End of Deliveroo for me Not sure if they will really refund will know when cc bill comes

If you want to be scammed by a delivery app You can choose to go with Deliveroo app Everything they listed as part of the subscription are total scam Usually the delivery takes more than a hour If anything missing you have no way to get the refund Pathetic customer service they are worse than bots They promise on time delivery or 5 credit Every time the delivery delays at least 30 mins or more but never once they provide 5 credits If you cancel the subscription to avoid auto renewal for next time they will cancel it immediately whatever the remaining validity you have will not be counted Any genuine organisation wouldn t do that usually they let us use the remaining validity what we paid for Total scam every time you order you have to hope for there wont be any issue in the order But unfortunately most of the time there will be some issue and it will be never resolved by them Last words Dont waste your time on their customer service They are totally useless you feel chat bots are better

Pathetic service
If I could I would give no stars ordered deliveroo 6 30pm delivery I waited till 7 50pm but didn t get it deliveroo said that the restaurant gave our food to the wrong rider and was recooking I called up the restaurant and they said that our order was not in the system and thus they could not recook On the app it said that the restaurant had been preparing our food since 5 09pm A rider has been reassigned 5 times since Their management of this incident was to put it quite plainly atrocious What sort of astronomical issue were they facing to justify this horrific customer service I would not recommend this restaurant

update - diabolical service
just thought i would update everybody that deliveroo have still not responded to my two e-mails regarding missing food sat 29-5-21 despite receiving e-mails from them they would get back to me within 24 hours now 96hrs what a joke absolute disgrace and quite frankly stolen my 13 Hi I received a generous credit 5 days later but would rather have had a refund for missing item as I do not intend to use Deliveroo again as I will not risk getting an incomplete order again a ruining a social evening with friends

Buck up on your service and delivery
Buck up on your service and delivery So many times the order came late took 4000 years before people have to chat in to cancel the order Don t bother giving credits to your consumers when your service is horrible Nobody will come back and use your credits or vouchers when you failed them multiple times Fire your management team and hire the right people to lead Horrible app and service a miracle you guys are still surviving
