I went in to buy dinner for my 98 yrs
I went in to buy dinner for my 98 yrs old mother for Mother s day at Publix Forest hill branch RVA I was told on the counter that there s 15 mins wait I agreed After waiting for 15mins a customer came to the counter and right there and then without waiting they gave her my wings that I been waiting for all this time and supposedly dinner for my mother for Mother s day I politely ask where are the wings that they ask me to wait on and all looked surprised like a deer on a headlight The lady who gave away my order knew I was waiting for it to cook and the cook at the back knew I was waiting for it because the guy at the counter asked him how long is the wait And what get s me is they have the nerve to ask to wait again while they cook another batch I love your store and some of your staff but you have a few incompetent people that can not do a simple task They only have one job to do and seems like it s too difficult for them to do I made sure the store manager know what had happened Thank you

Taking advantage of Consumers to offset there BYGO Publix Grocery prices are through the roof As an example 3 Multi Colored Bell Peppers which come from Pero Farms 10 Miles from my Publix at around 1 LB are 3 99 Romaine Lettuce 3 in a Package is 4 99 etc there Produce Dairy and Eggs as well as ALL Boars Head Deli Meats hoover around 12- 13 00 per lb a 28 Increase over the past 12 months Blame it on Covid I dont think so the Jenkins Family are getting Richer as the Consumers are getting ripped off We need more Competition

Don t like people not from TN
Publix in Cookeville TN has a terrible meat department I cut way back on what I buy there because of their racist attitude toward people NOT from TN I complained to the manager the home office now I get weird looks by most ALL the employees I get it so it s ok to be unprofessional nowadays Just when I was working my tail off for over 3 decades was being professional a thing Since they want to hire hateful racist people who hate people who move to TN from other states see how much I spend there going forward

Hot Deli Grab Go - Bad Choice
The Hot Deli Grab Go is such a bad business decision - I m not sure why Publix would volunteer to let their quality fall that low behind the veil of a half-closed paper bag The of chicken pieces has been less than the indicated on the tag how hard is it to count to 5 The steam makes what s in the bag soggy stale Every single time the label closure stops sticking the bag closed even before you get to the checkout lines - unsanitary in a covid world At 2024 prices this is 6 for a stale unsanitary soggy baggy of 4 small pieces of chicken Costco sells an entire rotisserie chicken for 5 which could make several family meals

Don t use the pharmacy
Don t use the pharmacy They filled a prescription for my wife and added a drug not on the prescription We had ten 10 drugs and they filled eleven 11 drugs The added one was blamed on auto fill in their software The additional drug was detrimental to my wife s condition When i questioned the pharmacist it was no big deal to her No sorry no we will be more careful no OMG I m glad you didn t give this to her Just a Stuff Happens attitude I d prefer a better standard of care when it comes to dispensing potentially dangerous drugs

tired of everytime i go to get a sandwhich i have to wait for the meat to be sliced or the cheese to be sliced and now today no oil for vinagar and oil won t be back 3 times 3 issues

STOP ASKING FOR DONATIONS AT CHECK OUT You charge almost double all the products but I still buy them for convenience distance and you Publix don t leave any single client without asking for a donation please do your donation and let the clients buy without pressure You make a lot of earrings

I hate Publix Their 1990s technology won t allow my health insurance card for payment Instead you have to use the insurance app - but if the store s wifi doesn t work or you forgot your phone you re screwed Note Walmart and WinnDixie have the technology that allows a physical card for payment
