GREAT PC Desktop WIRELESS

I am so pleased with my Dell desktop Been working from home with it and it has been trouble-free and served me well The only probs is the monitor packed in and did know and spent hours problem-solving Maybe if Dell could find a way of letting you know when the monitor is at fault all will be perfect I have the Dell wireless PC and it s been really great for moving my PC around the house I want to use it anywhere but need a WiFi booster depending on my PC All in all thanks Dell

Great purchase after a long hunt for a laptop

Great customer service and very good line of products I have been a Dell customer for years and while this year I attempted to buy from both HP and Lenovo either their products were subpar and returned promptly or never shipped due to delays Dell were pricier but in the end they worth it Currently settled with an Inspiron 14 7000

Inspiron 15 3505

Ordered the Inspiron 15 3505 for 402 with my student discount on 15 11 2020 and it was expected to arrive 11 12 2020 however it arrived very early on 1 12 2020 I was extremely happy with the specs of the laptop for the price and I m very happy the laptop arrived early Any queries I had the Facebook team were able to answer quickly for me and I m excited to use my new laptop

Recently purchased a Dell XPS 15 New laptop Please note the New model not the standard XPS 15 This laptop is simply top quality Fast and efficient Quiet and reliable The display is crisp and clear almost up to the very edge of the case Best laptop I have ever had the pleasure of using in 30 years Times have changed and technology Dell now delivers what I would expect from an excellent laptop

Genuine effort to fix issues

I previously wrote a very bad review for Dell because my order was delayed but I had to change my mind since the delay was really just of few days as they promised and actually I got my item before the revised estimated delivery date I feel that their effort to deliver the item as soon as possible was genuine and that they dis everything they could to fix the delay issue For this reason I decided to give a 5 star review I am so happy with my Alienware Aurora Is everything I expected and the build quality is fantastic Thank you Dell thank you Alienware You just gained a long term partner and customer Keep it up

I had an issue with my laptop

I had an issue with my laptop Called customer service they run a series of test remotely It took them an hour The person on the phone knew what she was doing Then problem solved They called me couple of times to check if everything was ok after monitoring for 48 hours my computer I dealt with a lot of pc customer service this is the best support I got simple

Best OEM in my opinion

Best OEM in my opinion I have always been able to get the support I need even when the product is out of warranty they still go the extra mile to help out and dig out that essential information on the product I still have my Dell Precision work station and it runs like a dream If you want a decent computer laptop that lasts Then I suggest these guys

My Dell Inspiron was only 18 months old

My Dell Inspiron was only 18 months old when the Blue Screen of Death killed it The suppliers Curry s were dreadful putting all obstacles in the way to avoid consumer rights law which is irrespective of any guarantee or lack of same I sent it to Dell and although it was out of guarantee they honoured the statutory rights Consumer Rights Act 2015 and repaired it free of charge Which Curry s should have done from the start seperate review for Currys First class customer service fom Dell-well done Shame on you Curry s-will never buy ANYTHING from them again
