I tried to order 2 times on the
I tried to order 2 times on the website both times they cancelled my order because of technical problems on their side I had to run after my money to get it back Next to that everytime the laptop was more expensive on their site And still they wanted me to order for a 3th time Not what I expected from this company I ordered with another company that could deliver within 24 hours

HORRENDOUS SERVICE after 2 months still daring to ask what we have tried and ask for steps instead of fixing replacements After 8 motherboards for 4 laptops there is still no fix FFS do your dumb agents don t take notes all those hours we spend Unfortunately at the office everything is Dell it s seems that this is our biggest mistake ever If you want service DON T go with Dell

Ordered Alienware-AW3423DW the estimated delivery was in the end of November However when I was away I got mails about early delivery and couldn t stop it and now the heavy large monitor is in the UPS service point Dell do not provide any delivery estimate if you don t have a clue Cannot trust you any more

Ordered two very expensive Dell laptops the midst of December and still have received nothing Off course they blame the courier but no one knows where they are Dell Customer support do they understand the word support If you als for support or compensation the only answer you get is NO NO NOThe last time I ever buy from Dell It is only a shadow of the Dell that it once was

Dell is running a scam
Dell is running a scam I ordered a laptop which they promised to deliver the next day - but I have not received the laptop for 2 months THey say its being delivered by UPS and share a tracking link UPS link shows it is being delivered but on the day of supposed delivery it changes the status to unknown- then UPS says the laptop was damaged and returned to Dell This cycle has been going on for 2 months and I have not received my laptop yet

The worst laptop company on earth After spending 3k for a new XPS 15 laptop I have waited more than one month until my laptop arrived After it arrived it did pretty well for half a year Suddenly some whistle noices came from the laptop and it still happens everyday It drives me nuts Litterarly f ng 3k laptop to hear a fkking whistle everytime I work or do some school stuff on my laptop Not even gaming D gsh t company with d gsh t service Don t even wanna call them up because I know it will take years before they even will respond and then they will ask me to send the laptop which will take another 3 years before they send the same laptop back without resolving anything Trust me NEVER BUY FROM DELL

WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SUPPORT SERVICES
Worst experience ever I have been in contact multiple times unfortunaly my machine had multiple problems with Dell support both in Italy and in the Netherlands I have never been so disappointed with a support customer service My appointment with the technician to change the main board was moved 3 times during one week with absolutely no forewarning and caused me to skip 3 working days to stay at home and wait for a specialized engineer that never came Moreover after paying 85 for a Premium Support 24 7 I find myself with a problem on a Saturday and no one that can help me or reach me even on the phone Dell is a complete fraud and waste of money I will never again buy a product from them only because of their assistance
