Great app Very useful for multi drop drivers BUT did not notify before taking their annual automated subscription then refused a refund 1 working day after it was taken

Delm8 auto renews your subscription and don t want to know when you want to cancel even if only a day into your next period they won t do a refund cancel before due to be safe
I didn t want to renew and cus I missed the cancellation date by 2 days I m being charged a full year and delm8 refuse to refund all or any part of the year subscription a curtisy e mail to inform that renewal was imminent would be a good customer relations policy
