A few weeks ago I had a new bed installed but the original bed frame was still at my place taking up space and making it difficult to clean the area I spoke to Carlos about having the frame picked up from my place and delivered to my mum s house Carlos explained the importance of rebuilding a disassembled bed frame correctly to ensure it remains stable and safe His commitment to doing the job right along with his attention to detail was evident throughout Carlos even arrived the day before to check if he need additional screws or nails On the scheduled morning Carlos and his team arrived at my home They carefully collected the bed frame with professionalism and ensured they had all the necessary tools The team then drove to my mum s house which is a short distance away Upon arrival they met me outside removed their shoes as per my mum s request and entered the house respectfully My mum showed them to her room where they began dismantling her old bed which had broken drawers They thoughtfully removed the contents of the drawers to ensure we could keep anything valuable After the bed was cleared they gave me a moment to sweep the floor before assembling the new bed frame with precision and care Once the job was complete the team kindly moved the spare room mattress onto the new bed frame and even offered helpful suggestions for purchasing a replacement mattress They also removed an old headboard that was no longer needed Thanks to Carlos and his team my mum is thrilled with her new bed She even mentioned how much warmer she feels with this new setup The entire experience was seamless and I can t recommend Carlos and his team highly enough for their exceptional relocation removal and furniture assembly services
