No show-up at appointment
Optical fiber going to arrive on my city Trying to take an appointment for the technical installation nobody pick the phone By luck after many many call got a secretary and fixed the appointment nobody showed up and no call to warn Let a message on the voicemail asking for an explanation still unable to get in touch with a real person for being recalled Nobody calls back If this is the presentation of Delta difficult they will have me as client and i will remain with Ziggo UPDATE on 5 11 After many calls I was quite pissed off from the situation and wanted to go till end got a second appointment and this time the technician showed up and performed the inspection Btw after having taken the second appointment somebody listened to my voicemail message and phone me back for taking a new appointment that I already had UPDATE 21 02 2023 No sign or communication of possible fiber installation Also the pop-up shop in my city closed Bad signs BTW on Delta reply of 18Nov i noticed just now that they are asking my contact and then sametime claiming that i was not responding their calls very funny in a odd way

There is no 0 start unfortunately instead giving 1 they keep on saying they will fix patch asap no use no management no proper response the worst worst worst service ever if you want your peace of mind don t go with this

Piece of scam People
Piece of scam People Order placed on 7th December confirmation email came it will be connected 21 12 2022 We didn t hear from them anything So gave them a call on 16 12 2022 Lady said it will be connected withing 3 weeks from 07 12 we ve been waiting long time till 28 12 now they tell us we cant cancel order and they lied and left us without internet intentionaly Endless calls ends up disconected

Double mobile phone contract
During the process to get a new internet subscription via Delta I was given the offer for a new mobile phone subscription Accepted it because it wasn t a bad deal Since I wasn t prepared for this I didn t knew I still had a no-change contract at a different company Delta told me in the initial conversation that we would automatically know because then number retention would be refused On the 13th of September I applied for number retention In the evening when I was asleep at around 22 00 I got a mail that number retention was refused due to my no-change contract at previous provider And on the 14th of September at 00 00 2 hours after refusal mail my new contract with Delta started leaving me with two mobile phone contracts This means I got 2 hours time to respond which I couldn t because I was sleeping and now I am paying for two mobile phone connections while only using one Of course Delta and affiliated partners state that I could have read everything in my mail and should have seen the start date of my new contract but that doesn t take away the fact that I only got a number-retention response two hours before the contract went live in the middle of the night Delta and partners do not want to correct this mistake because I should have responded earlier during reflection period That might be true but there should definitely be a minimal overlap time between number retention refusal and the start of the new contract This way people can make the correct decision Never have I had such an experience in my life Even though I am partly to blame for starting number-retention quite late I think it is very antisocial and not customer friendly to just state that the reflection period ended and I have to deal with this I am a new customer and this is how you greet me With double costs Almost never do I write reviews but now I very much felt the necessity to do so I will change this review if the costs and service of my mobile phone subscription at Delta will be postponed until my contract with my old provider ends

Bad worse delta
Wow incompetent serviceWould never ever suggest to go to deltaWaiting for 3 years already for DeltaCalling them be like Ah this is because delta network we are a different delta Ah this is a problem of the other delta thats not us Seriously a joke of a company really I wanted to cancel not possible it didnt even started yet FURTHERMOREthey just increased the costs due to inflation this is not what we signed for

No internet connection
No internet connection Long waiting lines for the customer support just to be told they have no clue There is a global outage but the global outage page does not show this When i asked when the global outage page will show the issue CS could not answer because other departments are involved Apperently there is no communication between the departments at Delta This is the 21st century this could go better meanwhile i am not able to work from home and noone is able to give a proper update to the customers and i also dont get any evidence over the outage that i could provide my employer And before you say just go to the office yes it is schoolvacation so i cannot just bring 2 small children to the office

Waiting for Internet and fibre optic for over 2 years now raising the prices even if the contract havent started yet Cancelling also not possible From 40 month now to 50 month already Dont know when to expect this to happen Calling Delta and referring that its not their issue but another delta company sounds ridiculous

The first few months everything workes
The first few months everything workes just fine - but now I do not have any internet since almost 3 months - but still have to pay for it each month I cannot cancel my subscription until June this year - so I am stuck with this awesome provider Please do NOT get your internet from them

Unstable internet bad service
Lot s of problem with our 14 days trial internet wouldn t recommend this provider We had a nice story at the door a full package internet tv for 35 euros a month Unfortunately the internet was so weak and constantly crashing and we didn t even had a working TV package when the installer was done Walking down to reset our router 10 times a day and when I mentioned we might go back to our old provider if it itsn t fixed soon but they immediately cancelled us and we re without internet now till we can get a new provider If you want a stable internet connection and proper help if it doesn t work please don t go here
