Well I made a online purchase from Deo Dap Rajkot on 14th of July 2024 by making prepaid payment I never received the ordered material What is worst is that they do not bother to even reply I appeal to people in general to not believe in their promotion on social sites Thanks to Social sites like this one I could get the refund of late

Absolutely Terrible Experience - A Complete Waste of Money

Rating 0 5 Review I recently made the unfortunate decision to purchase a product from Deodap and I can confidently say it was one of the worst online shopping experiences I ve ever had From start to finish the entire process was a nightmare and I am beyond disappointed First of all the product I received was a complete joke The quality was abysmal far worse than anything I could have imagined It looked nothing like the pictures on the website which were clearly deceptive and felt like it was made from the cheapest materials available I wouldn t even gift this to my worst enemy let alone use it myself To add insult to injury the packaging was atrocious The box arrived half-crushed and the item inside was poorly wrapped as if someone had thrown it in there as an afterthought Not to mention there were scratches and marks all over the product making it look second-hand or like it had been sitting in a warehouse for years But that s not all When I tried to reach out to Deodap s customer service I was met with sheer incompetence The representatives were rude unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in resolving my issues They offered no solutions no apologies and no refunds just excuses It s as if they re running a scam rather than a legitimate business To top it all off the delivery took ages What was supposed to be a fast delivery turned into a two-week wait with zero updates or communication from Deodap I ve had better experiences with small unknown vendors than with this so-called professional company In summary I would strongly advise everyone to avoid Deodap at all costs They clearly have no regard for quality customer service or basic professionalism Save your money and your sanity shop elsewhere

LOW Qaulity Damaged products

they sell low quality damaged products There is no way to communicate with them No answer to email No live call support trying for 3 days to connect but there is no response

worst company ever not gonna recommend and also gonna file a complaint in Consumer Court have not received my package tracking number is invalid customer care not replying through mail and not even on whatsapp the contact number also forwards the calls to an invalid number I have made a purchase from the website on 26 August 2024 and have successfully completed the transaction and recieved the email for the same also recieved the consignment number with order summary but whenever i try to search for the consignment on India Post website it says consignment not found Here is the consignment number I have received CG072833499INand this is the Order no U2425-08-382479Sent Them a legal notice too either revert back to me or lets handle this legally

Bad faith business practices and dismissive customer care

Update Do not be fooled by their response about the processed refund Items worth 570 plus taxes were damaged even shattred and they shrugged responsibility by refunding 114 INR for the damages even after I reiterated again and again that I DO NOT want damaged items They didn t honour their own policy and my business with them concludes here for the forseeable future Original Review I ordered two folding study tables totaling 570 INR plus taxes and shipping but they arrived damaged with dents on the corners and a shattered plastic tray The company refuses to refund or return the items claiming the damage is minor Despite explaining that any damage is unacceptable to me they only refunded a small portion 114 INR plus taxes and won t pick up the damaged items Their customer service is frustratingly unresponsive there s no call center which actually connects to an agent and their IVR only allows for ticket registration I ve reached out multiple times via WhatsApp but no one has ever followed up via call They just keep posting the repetitive and dismissive responses via their ticket portal While I m relieved my purchase was small I plan to escalate this issue through all available channels This experience has highlighted their bad faith business practices If you are planning to purchase from them either spend some more and buy from a more trustworthy portal or do not expect them to resolve any issues you may have with the order They have arbitrary policies which invalidate any and all issues with your order unless you have recorded the unboxing of the order and documented the damage or any other issues during unboxing I made sure to do that as a precaution as I always go through the policies before ordering anything yet they keep denying my claim saying the damage is minor transportation damage

Very bad experience and order still not delivered

Very bad experience by their customer support They won t respond and no resolution I have been following up for an order which was placed a month ago which is not delivered No one is helping Order U2425-10-477139 Still no update

Fraud alert

Plz be aware this company is big fraud I have ordered products worth Rs 1500 - and paid online 2 products are missing from my order And others are very low quality cheap products They don t have any direct customer care number I have registered complaint 6 days ago still no reply Pathetic company
