From the moment I ordered Derma product Skin Tag Remover the scam began Derma advertised 2 bottles for the price of one When I made my order Derma charged my credit card 130 instead of 65 When I immediately called and contacted their representative she said that there was an error and I would be refunded 65 This product did not help me or my wife so we demand our money back 65 I sent 3 emails but unfortunately we didn t get a refund Yesterday I talked with Derma s representative EL and she promised to send an e-mail with the address where to send back the unused bottle but unfortunately no e-mail was received Their custom service works disgustingly you can hear the voices of many people during the conversation I don t recommend this company-absolutely dishonest

placed an order for 1 bottle foe 64 59 and was advertised 1 free bottle promotion when i received conformation of my order it showed 2 bottles skin tag remover 129 99 plus 2 bottle anti wrinkle 59 99 along with skin beauty series 19 93 i called their phone 1855-603-6436 no answer for 5 days and could not reach anyone final on 5 day the recording states the phone is no longer supported This is terrible fraudulent i do not recommend them or Shark Tank affiliation total deception I filed a complaint with my CC company for investigation

Product does not do what it says it should do I have now used it for 5 weeks and not one skin tag has been removed Total waste of money and I have 4 bottles

This product is watered down tea-tree oil The company says it takes 12 weeks to work I have not seen any changes in eight weeks I called the company and they said returns are 30 days Then they shipped six more bottles without notifying me first My bank called immediately and they said they can t stop the shipment This is a scam Do not waste your money

At best a deceitful scheme At worst an outright SCAM

Facts 1 Ordered one bottle to get one free as advertised Credit card was charged for two bottles 2 Prior to ordering I researched a skin care removal rating company and found Derma Clear to be rated 1 with an A rating 3 I used the product twice a day for 25 days on numerous skin tags moles and blemishes with absolutely no results 4 I attempted to return the product before their 30 day guarantee They would not honor their guarantee since my date of order not receipt of the product was over the 30 days by 2 days I argued that I had not received the product until 6 days after the order The mailing was done over Christmas They continued to refuse to honor any guarantee That Alone puts the efficacy of the product in question I see here on TRUST this reoccurring complaint 5 I subsequently Researched 4 rating companies with each promoting the same reviewer rating professional a women nutritionist from California named Amy Bedford A search of this person resulted in zero results And each of her supposed ratings differed from rating company to rating company Obviously these rating companies are initiated and controlled by an outside source I d say the company that produces the products and often under different labels Conclusion False advertising deceitful guarantee and a product that does not work at least not on me

Tried to charge my card 5 times

I tried to order a bottle and my credit card was declined I then received an email telling me they had technical difficulties and if I would try again they would give me a 25 discount I tried again and once more my card was declined I then was notified by my credit card company of fraudulent activity They were trying to charge 5 transactions for almost 300 from different addresses I had to cancel my card and wait to receive a new one because of these scammers DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER UNLESS YOU ARE A FOOL

Thought I had done my research and ordered this product Got two bottles which I didn t need but ok Then the next month they charged my card and tried to send me two more bottles Tired calling customer service only to talk to a nice lady who has nothing to do with the company and is bombarded with call of such product Then this morning I received an email saying they have shipped my order which I don t want and my credit card is disputing the charges TOTAL SCAM and it looks like I may have to take legal action just to make them leave me alone DO NOT BUY DERMA CLEAR
