Hidden Shipping Fees
I purchased a Sulfur Face Mask from this company With shipping it cost me approximately 50 a fairly hefty price but one I decided I was willing to pay It arrived took a while to ship and arrive but nothing outrageous and then a few weeks later I ended up with a bill from Fedex for Disbursement and Clearance Entry Fees For almost 40 Absolutely no where on the website while I was checking out choosing the shipping or making the payment did it say that there may be extra fees That is unbelievable I hope to hear back from this company regarding this in the hopes that they ll do the honest thing and pay the fees because I would never have made this purchase if I had been informed that extra shipping fees may apply I already paid the company for shipping it s their job to inform you if the products they are shipping may incur extra fees on top of that and they failed to do so I m incredibly disappointed If I wanted to pay over 80 for a single bottle of product I would go to a licensed dermatologist
