Only half of order has arrived

The worse experience with Dermal Depot
My experience with Dermal Depot has been extremely disappointing I placed an order on October 17 2024 spending nearly 300 but as of November 9 2024 I have not received my purchase Initially the shipment was incorrectly sent to Yuma AZ according to FedEx tracking despite the fact that I live in another part of Arizona After notifying them of this error they claimed on October 30 that DHL had picked up a new shipment However I still have not received a valid tracking number I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone asking either for an update on the shipment or a refund but they have stopped responding entirely I am now disputing the charge with my credit card provider due to concerns of fraudulent activity and have reported to the Federal Trade Commission Given this experience I cannot recommend Dermal Depot and advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase from them
