I ordered an electric piano after discussing a couple I had my eye on All of my contact with Derosa was via telephone as I am not local The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful They were open about the delay in stock delivery right from the start and they kept me informed about where in the process it was I had a really long wait but I can t fault their customer service one bit
