Stockholm skirt extremely short

I ordered the Stockholm skirt because it looked super good quality with shipping I payed 45 for this skirt it just arrived on time for my vacation and i got it in a M L and it is sooo short I can t wear it in public I also don t have time to return it since I m leaving in a couple of hours for a Month long trip so I wasted 45 for a skirt that I can t wear in public extremely disappointed

The clothes are overpriced compared to the quality The fabric of all the clothes I ordered are so thin or even a sweatshirt i bought is so see through There is no detailed size guide on the the website in every photo which is so so so inconvient I had to ask them on IG sometimes they replied so useless answers and sometimes they didn t even bother to reply

Poor quality and customer service

I bought the Florence bag in wine red and they sent me a wrong one I got the color red instead The bag has bad quality and a strong plastic rubber smell inside I reached out and sent them an email and then they told me that I didn t get the wrong color it was out of stock and that the bag was sent to me by mistake They don t take accountability and have all the time in the world to give a lot of reasons Very poor customer service I suggested that maybe they should inform the customers if the item is sold out but they didn t care Never again Better to buy from TEMU

I ordered over 150 worth of clothes

I ordered over 150 worth of clothes I checked the tracking and I had to pay a fee of 42 to ups for overseas import It s completely misleading and they do not inform you of this when you order I also paid around 15 for shipping Extremely disappointed and I won t be ordering again I wish I read other reviews about the materials being cheap also Very disappointing especially as a student who just wanted to treat herself And I had to waste so much money actually getting the clothes to my house Hopefully they ll be on their way now

Never received items Unprofessional communication and lack of customer service I had to reach out to the company after a month of radio silence and no delivery They proceeded to ask me questions on delivery and how to fix it lolThey offered no help or compensation and their final response was this You have to make a new order sorry and Maybe choose another pick up point near where you live that was it Honestly a joke you have to laugh about it They also didn t want to refund until they received the product back Under EU law it is stated that it is the sellers responsibility of the item until it is delivered
