Beautiful Custom made chair

We were looking for a wing back chair but smaller in size than is usually found in high street shops Found designer sofas online and liked the idea of a custom made chair Loads of fabrics to choose and easy to navigate website Just happened to be at sale time so half price offer was perfect

Brilliant company to deal with

Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and so friendly the lady on the phone was lovely to deal with she phoned us to say that the fabric we initially chose was unavailable sent us several more samples and sorted our order when we phoned back The chair was delivered exactly when we were advised it is exactly as ordered and extremely well made Also the two men who delivered the chair phoned before they arrived and phoned again to apologise they were running a little late due to traffic problems They were polite efficient and friendly they fitted the legs placed the chair where we wanted it and took away all the packaging We would definitely recommend Designer Sofas 4U and intend to purchase further items in the future

I ordered a Queen Anne chair and it was the wrong colour I spoke with Samantha who has been extremely helpful and has changed the chair to the original colour I had anticipated My fault totally as I didn t get a colour match which I strongly recommend Thank you Samantha you have been amazing I strongly recommend Designer sofas for you
