Scam No order or shipping confirmation after 13 days

Ordered 13 days ago No shipping confirmation- presumably not actually coming from the UK as per the claims on the website Think I ve been scammed Edit after posting this I got a shipping confirmation It s seems to have originated from Riga Lv Latvia Certainly not the UK distribution centre that was suggested on the website before I bought Haven t received order yet but will comment on quality when I do

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs I ordered a picture The picture sent out was not the one advertised I reached out to Designity Art and explained this and they insisted that the picture be returned for a refund I sent them detailed photos as requested Communication from Designity Art has been incredibly poor All returns need to be sent back to their office in the USA at your expense So an 85 picture has cost me 40 to get my refund There has been no apology or explanation I ve given the company ample opportunities to do the right thing and they ignore my emails I m left out of pocket and feeling very disappointed Avoid Avoid Avoid
