I don t think I ve ever dealt with a more professional group of people with so much talent Anytime we have had a rush request it has been performed faster than expected Everyone from the designer Customer support account manager and even Russ do all they can to take care of us It may be a large operation but they make you feel like it s a very small one on one provider It s great having designers who work on things at the end of our workday and have your orders ready and waiting for you when you get to work in the morning It really makes your operation run 24 hours a day On top of all this you can t beat the price Wonderful products wonderful people I can t recommend them highly enough

For the most part the service is nearly perfect customer service is incredible when things are wrong and extremely responsive Once in a while a designer gets things wrong and we have to repeat ourselves but other than that it s amazing service Thank you

Without Design Pickle my brand would simply not be what it is today which is all thanks to the amazing pro designer Jess Used the pro service for well over a year and was a great decision always had marketing and brand assets ready to go Jess helped bring to life the brand and her creative vision really matched what I was after She always looked after me my requests were always done on time and also had multiple requests completed on the same day too The only downside is the cost per month and I was being charged an international transaction fee with DP as I m based in Australia I only cancelled the service because of increasing general business costs which are hard to take on as a small business However hopefully I will be able to rejoin soon I m very grateful to Jess and the team at DP for all their hard work Thankyou
