Good product but not quite what I ordered Some more attention to detail required

1 There were two different types of table in the picture on the site they had different leg styles I asked to be sure which one I would get I was promised a quote with all the details 2 I requested a different colour and size top but changing the size was not possible - why I do not know it was not explained to me The top was changed for colour anyway so why couldn t it have been made 20cm longer 3 When I received the table the legs were different to the type specified in the quote It s not a big deal as this one works fine but it is not what I ordered and I specifically asked for clarity on this point 4 The driver was supposed to call me 30 minutes before arriving this is promised in the delivery email He did not do this he just turned up when I was not at home Luckily he was a nice guy and was willing to wait for me to walk home from the shops Update Desko contacted me to find a way to try and make things right thanks

They initially delivered the wrong table

They initially delivered the wrong table so it s a bit of a hassle to remove my things which I have already set up in the first table However the driver was nice and really patient with installing the table again

The Good

good quick service I got my MIRRA Herman Miller and apart from having to tighten the screws a bit harder because after less than a week one of the screws came off I am happy with the refurbished quality

Quick installation

The Good Alex from Desko was great with helping me choose the right table Telephonic support was great and after sales support also excellent I had to get the invoice changed once and that also went smoothly The Bad The table was not working within 2 days of delivery As mentioned above support was great The guys form the supplier were at home to fix the issue But they seemed to be a bit condescending in the beginning but in the end replaced the complete base because the device was not working

Logistic to improve

They have problems with support delivery system and project management behind but quality of the product is good What I noticed on what they could improve There is not mention of availability of their goods in the website Once you order they actually let you choose a date for delivery that can be in the same week as the order They let you pay and then you have to reach out to then and finally they will tell you that it will take 1 month to deliver They do offer an option of reimbursement though but it is not upfront We as customers need to know availability of services upfront Then after 1 month out of the blue they change to 1 month and a half and finally on the day of the delivery the delivery van breaks There is no consistency or reliability on their deliveries After a few months I can see that desk is good and all working as expected Thanks EDIT Edited after their marketing customer service reached out to me

The installation service is quick The employee helped me transfer my old table He even took all the plastic covers and cartoon I also had a call with Desko to reschedule the delivery and should be in 3 weeks but he manage to find an earlier date which is doable both from our ends
