Poor communication customer service

I placed an order for a desk 10 days ago I tried calling them but it goes to answering machine and they never return the call They only just email me now to say that colour is out of stock Why didn t they email me immediately to say this I have moved into a new apartment and I desperately need a desk to work I purposely placed the order prior to moving so that it would be here on time But taking 10 days just to inform me they don t have it in stock is terrible customer service I paid good money for this desk and did not expect such poor treatment They assured me an alternative colour that I agreed upon would be shipped today but it still hasn t I m starting to wonder if I ll ever see it at all

Only table top arrived after already delaying my order

This company seems to be great at messing things up First they fail to inform me that my order was out of stock until 10 days after I ordered The order finally arrived but it was just the table top and not the legs Once again I have to waste time chasing this up and still don t have a desk to work on I won t be purchasing from them again in the future

Bad communication very late delivery

I ordered a desk for my son which should be delivered before Christmas 2023 Delivery finally took place on January 10th 2024 No information from Desqup it was only after I asked several times that I was informed that there were problems Despite asking there was no compensation whatsoever not even a voucher for the next purchase This is not customer friendly I cannot therefore recommend DESQUP and will not be ordering anything from them again

Fair price

Fair price good quality Almost everything as expected However there is one thing which really needs to be improved The screws for fixing the motors are made of very cheap material Almost not possible to tighten them with a reasonable torque

Hello we have just built up the rack from you We were quite astonished that it was cery easy and fast The tableboard is not yet mounted and the mechanism complains in collision avoiding mode 1 and refuses to adapt to the requested table height When switched off mode 0 it runs without problems May it be that the load is missing to run fine in mode 1 2 or 3 Thank you in advance Christian Majoni
