I did the week long meal plan The food is really delicious you don t feel at all deprived and the juices and shots for the morning are lovely I don t like fruit juices but these are great and not too sweet really great although I didn t do a detox per se - just used it to reset after a few weeks of indulgence

If you re short on time but need to keep your health on track the fridge fills and meal plans from DT are some of the best Food and juices all taste incredible and are super fresh your body will thank you If you live in London it s not really any different in price than buying lunch out every day so value wise it s on point I d love to see some fresh fruit coming with the breakfasts on the meal plans I add my own but you can t fault the quality Gizzi s latest range of meals is outstanding too
